Banking Customer Adviser to £25K



One of the Uks top banks is recruiting Customer Adviser for its busy branch network.

Meeting branch customers face-to-face, you'll review and upgrade their accounts, discuss their needs and advise them on what is right for them. And, as well as contributing to the success of the branch, you'll be recognised for your success, as the career progression opportunities are second to none.

Every time you sell a loan or life cover, process a mortgage application, get someone to apply for a credit card or book an appointment for a Financial Planning Manager, you'll receive points towards your own weekly target. Self-generated appointments will also earn you points, as will carrying out your targeted number of customer reviews.

Upbeat, proactive and highly motivated, you have persuasive communication skills and are always looking for ways of further improving the service you provide. If you're from a customer service or sales background and looking to develop a lucrative career in the banking field please forward your CV.

Basic salary is between £15,000 and £25,000 depending on relevant experience, plus performance bonus and incentive schemes, employer funded retirement savings plan, share scheme, group profit sharing and you’ll start at 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
