Customer Handover Executive



Our client is the first company to offer buyers the opportunity to purchase a used vehicle on line and have it delivered to their doorstep. The website clearly displays the vehicles through a"virtual showroom",giving buyers complete peace of mind that what they see is exactly what they get.



The company is rapidly expanding so the candidate would need to participate in the evolving culture and be able to adapt to change.



They are now looking for a Handover Executive at their Birmingham site who would be responsible for the following:-



*Excellent customer service and liaison including vehicle viewing handover and organising delivery

*Selling of warranties and payment insurance

*Processing stock

*Stock Management in association with Technical Support Colleagues

*Documentation management and completion

*Vehicle Taxation

*Payment handling

*Report collation

*Customer follow up



The ability to work using personal initiative and unsupervised at times is essential as is the capability to work as a team member.



A knowledge of, or passion for vehicles combined with a strong sales ethic and excellent customer service are required for this role.



Applicants shopuld be willing to work a 40 hour week to include shift patterns and weekends with time off in lieu.
