Operations Manager
This national charity supports children and young people when decisions are made about their lives. They now require a capable and experienced Operations professional to run all their ICT and infrastructural services delivered from the organisation's Birmingham offices. Reporting to the Director of ICT and Quality, key facets of the role will include: securing continued funding through the development of strong partnerships with key stakeholders, contributing to the national development of the Charity's ICT services through bid preparation, grant development, tender presentation and any other fund generation work as directed. You will be responsible for making a significant contribution to the Charity's national programme aimed at expanding the take up of its Service Directory and Signposting projects. You will ideally be a senior manager with proven experience within a charity or not for profit organisation, where you have been working within multi-agency partnerships, creating successful partnerships and networks, negotiating contracts, articulating technical requirements and writing and delivering funding, tender and grant applications.
