Key Accountabilities:



Maintenance



Key Activities:



Carry out preventative maintenance.



Assist in preventative maintenance administration.



Carry out corrective maintenance to electrical and mechanical production and service plant.



Perform small development and improvement tasks.



Perform building maintenance tasks concurrent with the facilities and equipment available.



Liaise with the Maintenance Team Coach to organise and/or request building/service/plant maintenance exceeding local personnel/equipment capabilities.



Organise and control the equipment store.

Perform specified setting functions not covered by the production operators authorized setting tasks.



Liaise with Maintenance Team Coach to ensure that strategic spares are maintained at a predetermined minimum stock level.



Liaise with Prod.Eng. on any corrective/maintenance tasks. Report unsafe equipment to the Maintenance Team Coach.



Plant Maintenance Key Activities:



Liaise with the Maintenance Team Coach to organise and/or request building/service/plant maintenance exceeding local personnel/equipment capabilities.



Organise and control the equipment store.





Health & Safety



Carry out any necessary Health & Safety corrective action.
