Healthcare Project Manager: Capital and Estates



A new permanent job vacancy has arisen working for a West Midlands NHS Trust within their Estates department, we are seeking a Project Manager who will work within a multi-disciplinary team that are involved in the planning, coordination and commissioning of trusts assets (including estates and equipment).



Suitable applicant will have experience of working preferably within a healthcare environment and be of PRINCE 2 practitioner status or be willing and capable of achieving this level within twelve months.



An interesting and varied role, your duties will include:



 Supporting the team manager in ensuring that appropriate and up to date information is available to make annual revisions to the Estate Strategy



 Involvement in carrying out survey/audit work associated with Occupation and Condition Surveys and backlog and sustainability issues



 Assists in the management of Assets and the Hospital Development Programme including integration with Trust strategies, policies, procedures and agendas including capital programme development and projection



 Assists in providing information for Planning Applications for projects including all design issues



 Assists in the review of all initial feasibility assessments and business cases submitted in connection with the capital and service change programmes
