Healthcare Project Manager: Capital programme



Opportunity



A permanent job vacancy has arisen working for a West Midlands NHS Trust within their Estates department, we are seeking a Project Manager who has capital programme experience ideally within the healthcare sector.



The role is to lead and manage project teams which will include design teams within the capital investment programmes. Suitable applicants will demonstrate from their experience of:



 Experience of capital developments, this can be from service capital planning backgrounds building and engineering



 Ability of managing a multi-disciplinary team

 Preferably some experience/knowledge of PFI

 Ability to manage budgets and is commercially astute
