Senior Quantity Surveyor



Opportunity; Senior Quantity Surveyor – Immediate Start



Company information: Established since 1980, this family run maintenance and refurbishment contractor has secured a number of prestigious property maintenance and refurbishment contracts with Local Authorities and Housing Associations throughout the West Midlands region. The contract secured are long term contracts typically 5 years or more, hence guaranteeing job security, and career progression.





Key Skills required:



• Evaluation of contract documentation

• Setting out bills of quantities.

• Working to a schedule of rates.

• Site monitoring & progression reports

• On going and Post contract administration.

• Working within a customer focused team.





The successful candidate will have previous experience of refurbishment / maintenance projects and have previous experience of pre/ongoing and post contract negotiations on projects. This is an exciting and challenging role for an individual who wants to develop their career, into commercial / project management.
