Busy company based in Lichfield require an Contracts Administrator.
You will be reporting to the Finance and Purchasing Manager, working within a team of approximately 6 staff.
Approximately 60% of this role will be order processing and the remaining will be to deal with incoming queries and other various administration duties.
You will be checking stock levels, liaising with suppliers and raising the orders. You will deal with incoming queries and ad hoc duties, such as reporting.
Experience in Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook is essential for this role. You will preferably have experience of the SAP, Siebel (contact management) systems, however this is not essential.
Hours of work are 9 - 5pm. Benefits include pension, private medical, life assurance.
